of specific, related data in a brief space. They provide rows, columns,
groups for comparing.
Charts: show how
various components of an organization or a collection of data are related.
They provide an overview or a "flow" of steps/stages.
Maps: show geographic
features. They provide information about flight routes, roads, cities,
natural sources, etc.
