Though your help, bilingual program in Rockford was established to meet need of individual who speak language other than the English.  I would like take this opportunity to appreciate your faithful support.

In millennium coming, the high technology especially the computer is widely introduced to our society to enhance economic world.  As the result, many profession require the individuals to become computer literacy.  I would like bringing to your attention to a concern I have about bilingual program where I have work.  As I recently visit the bilingual program in East High School of Rockford, I have sensed a urgent necessity to have a computer laboratory for whole school so students, including thirty one of bilingual students could be equipped and trained to the changing world of technologies.

There is necessity of thirty computers, the Compaq, for the new computer laboratory.  The amount of each system cost $1,000.  The amount of fund is calculated out exactly to be $30,000 dollars to aid the program.  The money will be spend on thirty computers only since the school is willing to provide the facility place, with laboratory attendant who are students and all other equipment to get the laboratory started.  The computer laboratory will be open to student three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and the Friday from three PM to six PM.
