You can schedule an appointment with a tutor by calling 815-753-6637 or coming to the ESL Center in Reavis 306B. If you come to the ESL Center, please sign your name in the appointment book near the front door. Appointments are for one hour.

PLEASE BRING your notes and drafts if you are working on a written assignment in addition to any sources and textbooks. If you are beginning an assignment, you can also talk through the assignment with your tutor.

You should know that ESL tutors do not write student papers and cannot guarantee a grade.

At busy times during the semester, students can make one appointment per week unless there is a cancellation.
