Message from the Co-Chairs on the NIU Tragedy

We thank those of you who have emailed us with messages of
condolence and support over the last few days and held us in your
thoughts and prayers. We are still coming to terms with the tragedy
that occurred on our campus on February 14, and it will be a long
journey. However, a journey does begin with the first steps, and in
that spirit, the University is going forward with the MCLLM 2008 conference.

The best way to support NIU is to join us in making the conference
successful as we re-focus on the joys of learning and scholarship.
Thank you for being a part of the conference.
