How Do I Move a Message?
 

Introduction

As manager of your board, you can move messages within and between conferences.  The move function can move a threaded reply to a first level post, and it can move posts and replies to a different conference.
Moving a message

Action Bar

To move a message, follow the steps in the table below.
 
Step Action
1 Open the message you want to move.
2 Click MOVE in the action bar above the message.
3 Use the table below to determine your next step.
 
IF you want to... THEN...
move just one message leave the first circle checked
move a message and all it's replies check the second circle
move an entire topic check the third circle
4 Use the table below to determine your next step.
 
IF you want to... THEN...
move the message to a different conference select the conference to which you want to move the message.
move a reply to a first level message enter a new topic in the topic line.
5 Click MOVE.
