How Do I View or Retrieve an Old Message?

Introduction

After a period of time, Webboard archives old messages. However, you might want to view or retrieve one of these messages after it has been archived.

To view an old message, follow the steps in the table below.

Step	Action
1	Click on MORE on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
2	Click on MANAGER on more options screen.
3	Click on MANAGE CONFERENCES.
4	Click on ARCHIVE next to the conference the old message was originally posted in. Result: You will see a list of posts, including the posts' authors, titles, and first lines.
5	Click on the name of the message you want to view.

Retrieving an old message

To retrieve an old message, follow the steps in the table below.

Step	Action
1	Click on MORE on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
2	Click on MANAGER.
3	Click on MANAGE CONFERENCES.
4	Click on ARCHIVE next to the conference the old message was originally posted in. Result: You will see a list of posts, including the posts' authors, titles, and first lines.
5	Click on RETRIEVE next to the message you want to retrieve. Result: The message will be re-posted in the original conference.
