How Do I Add Hyperlinks to My Posts?

Introduction

You might want to direct your students to a specific website. The easiest way to do this is to provide a link directly to the site. Webboard has made the process of posting hyperlinks a simple, one-step task.

Adding a hyperlink

To add a hyperlink to a message, type the URL (website address), starting with "http://" into the message box.

Note: In order for this to work, you must have the "Allow Active Hyperlinks" box checked in the conference settings. (To edit conference settings, see Part Two, Lesson 5: How do I edit conference settings?)
