What if One of My Students Forgets His or Her Password?
 

Introduction

As manager of your board, you can edit the user profiles of all your students.  The profiles include information such as username, name, location, e-mail address, and password.  Normally, if one of your students wants to change his/her profile, he/she will do it him/herself (see Part One, Lesson 7: How do I edit my user profile?).  However, if the student has forgotten his/her password, you could change the password using this procedure.

To change a user's password (or any other information in the user profile), follow the steps in the table below.
 
Step Action
1 Click on MORE on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
2 Click on MANAGER.
3 Click on MANAGE USERS.
4 Click on SEARCH.

Result: A list of all board users appears.
5 Click on the name of the user whose profile you want to edit.
6 Click on EDIT USER.
7 Change the appropriate fields.
8 Click on SAVE.
