Sigma Tau Delta
The English Department proudly supports Xi Delta, our award-winning chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society.
EGSA
The department is also home to EGSA, a vibrant organization run by graduate students who plan and run the prestigious Midwest Conference on Literature, Language and Media every spring, in addition to other activties such as organizing colloquia and inviting guest speakers to the department.
Society for Technical Communication
Finally, the department has an active student chapter of the Society for Technical Communication: an on-campus organization for students and faculty members who are interested in all aspects of technical communication.
